If you bank ADO on an hour that attracts a penalty (e.g. Sunday Double Time), the calculator banks the Base Hour (1.0x) for leave but
pays you the penalty loading immediately in cash.
Look for "Penalty Loading" on your payslip estimate.
With ADO accrual: You work 80 hours. Hours between 76–80 are banked. OT triggers > 80h.
Without ADO accrual: OT triggers > 76h.
Sunday Rule: All overtime on a Sunday is paid at 200% (Double Time).
Shift Workers: All other OT is 200%.
Day Workers: OT is 150% for the first 3 hours (Mon-Sat), then 200%.
If the gap between shifts (including Unrostered OT) is less than 10 hours, the next shift is paid at 200%.
