Automatic 80-Hour Cap
If your entered roster exceeds 80 ordinary hours, the calculator now automatically converts the excess into Overtime.
It does this chronologically (Day 1 to 14). Once you hit 80 hours, all subsequent hours become Overtime (1.5x/2.0x).
Shift crossing a Public Holiday?
We use Smart Checkboxes.
Tick Monday PH -> Hours before midnight get 150%.
Tick Tuesday PH -> Hours after midnight get 150%.
Paid Meal Breaks?
Clause 10: Meal breaks on evening (finish >7pm), night, and weekend shifts are paid.
The calculator detects this and includes the break in your payable hours.
